Managing the ever-changing size of a company/organisation and its workforce can be a big challenge. Tugaru user management is straightforward and integration options allow import/export of user data.

The process of creating and editing users is easy and can be done directly through the administration console.

Course Management

Course Management is the administrator tool for tailoring courses for trainees or groups of trainees.
Course Manager enables material to be uploaded and assigned to courses, correctly grouped and ordered. Courses can be assigned a certificate on completion.

Training plan and Archive

Training plan gives the trainee all the necessary information about the overall status and progress of the training activity.

Each trainee has access to their training plan via their own online console.

It's easy for the trainee to see how they're doing with progress bars and percentages highlighted for both individual courses and the overall plan.

Training archive allows the trainee to keep track of all the previously completed training activity. All completed courses appear in the archive and can be easily accessed at any time.

Test Creator

Vary your question types and make your test or quiz more fun
Administrators can define questions in numerous variations and then create tests within minutes. The learners can then take their tests on the front end and get a certificate upon successful completion.

Simply create a new test, add a name and description, select your desired number of questions out of your question list and define a pass rate. Done.
All created questions and answers are stored in the database and can be re-used for other tests. You can assign scores (points) to each single answer in order to weigh some answers more than others.

Choose from seven different types that allow you to create tests in a more engaging and interesting way. Test Creator lets you have complete control over your test - define a pass rate, choose question types, change score of questions, select/change question order at any time and more. Moreover, you can include videos, images, audio or text into a question, bringing the test to life.
